The client’s business banking platform was at the mature life cycle stage. Updating it required significant changes to the software development practices traditionally employed. These covered the development approach, replacing waterfall with agile, and the approach to business-IT collaboration.

Business & Digital Transformation in practice

CubeMatch was hired to coordinate the IT Transformation Project of a major Irish Credit Union. This included managing the replacement of the Front, Middle and Back-Office applications to allow them to compete in the modern digital financial world.

Data Quality Review

CubeMatch provided Business Analysts to support the migration of the Irish loan data to a new offshore loan administration system. The Business Analysts were responsible for ensuring the quality of loan data and were part of the Irish data quality team responsible for identifying and reconciling load errors.
