CubeMatch provided a team of Project Managers to support the upgrade and re-deployment of a Bank’s application and to expressly avoid previously encountered production issues. The Consultants worked as part of a Key Workstream responsible for the coordination of several Pre-Deployment events and in the planning and execution of the Go-Live event. This case study focuses on the Fidelity Assessment, one of the multiple deliverables produced and managed by this team.

CubeMatch Deliverables

  • Implement a Fidelity Assessment overall approach plan in alignment with Project Milestones to mitigate potential risks prior Go-Live
  • Create detailed Fidelity Assessment trackers to ensure validation activities (server stack, configuration files and performance fixes validation)
  • Produce Environmental FA reports with noted discrepancies; issues identified and remediation
  • Work closely with the Project Stakeholders to achieve agreed milestones
  • Report weekly to the Project Team

  • Preparation and planning processes to outline FA activities from a technical and validation perspective
  • Provide a framework to all Fidelity Assessment validations to complete in advance of Go-Live
  • Escalation point for issues or discrepancies during the validation
  • Ensure early engagement and coordination with relevant teams for validation
  • Minimise risk with the completion of the Fidelity Assessment validation across multiple environments to ensure all new infrastructure is aligned with existing environments
