Introduction

CubeMatch provided two Release Managers to support the replacement of an outdated Credit Assessment Tool with an improved solution for Mortgage Applications in the ROI, as part of a Bank’s Transformation Programme. The Consultants worked as part of a Project Team responsible for the coordination of the Pre-Deployment events, planning and execution of the Go-Live event, and the Warranty period.

CubeMatch Deliverables

  • Integrate a Technical Release and Deployment Plan to support smooth transition from Test, through the Go-Live deployment and the post Go-Live support
  • Implement Command-and-Control processes to mitigate potential risks and coordinate deployment release activities
  • Create detailed Technical Runbooks for deployment activities
  • Work with the Project and the Programme Stakeholders to achieve milestones
  • Implement an Incident Management process and Reporting structure during the Warranty period

CubeMatch Approach

  • Deployment preparation and planning processes to outline Go-Live activities from a Technical and Deployment perspective
  • Provided a framework to all swim lanes to complete Technical Proving in advance of Go-Live
  • Became escalation point for issues during the Deployment Phase
  • Carried out pre-deployment activities to minimise risk with the completion of the Fidelity Assessment validation and the solution coverage activities
  • Production Proving of Dress Rehearsal and Go-Live events
  • Ensured smooth transition to BAU teams to support knowledge transfer
