Job Description 

CubeMatch is seeking an experienced Technology Reporting Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in translating data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. Leveraging advanced reporting tools and analytical skills, you will collect, analyze, and report on data to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Collect and manage data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create insightful reports and visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively.
  • Interpret data to provide actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of reporting tools and technologies, recommending upgrades as necessary.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet requirements.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and outcomes, leveraging feedback and data.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience with reporting tools such as SQL, Webfocus, Power BI, or similar, with Linux knowledge as an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of IT project management, Agile, systems development life cycle, and technical writing/documentation.
  • Thorough knowledge of IT standards, procedures, policies, query and DB access tools, and database backup and migration.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Governance-related role.
