Mentoring is a critical leadership development opportunity and a key element of any human capital strategy designed to attract, retain and develop an organisation’s key talent capability. We have set up a collaboration with the 30% Club and the Irish Management Institute, sharing CubeMatch Mentors to assist high potential women to reach C- Suite level. This cross-company mentoring programme aims to increase gender diversity at board and executive committee levels.
Annual Earth Month Staff Challenge
For the 4th edition of the challenge, our participants from across our six locations joined hands to reduce their environmental impact. The challenge theme was “Planet vs Plastic”, a theme designed to raise awareness about plastic waste and its impact on the environment and human health. At CubeMatch we always encourage our employees to take part in ESG initiatives and we love to see how involved they get, starting brand new habits or improving existing practices.
Giving back to the community & the environment
CSR runs deep into CubeMatch's DNA. As a business we are deeply committed to supporting and helping the community by giving something back whenever possible. Community and solidarity are essential values, and we are delighted to be able to help fantastic charities continue their mission. A few different ways we give back: Staff Challenges organised every year for various causes and charities - Charity Donations and fundraisers - Employee Supported Volunteering Programme.
