Job Description 

CubeMatch is seeking a Feature Engineer/IT Project Lead to join the team. This role involves strengthening the implementation of epics, particularly in areas of higher complexity and challenging contexts. Responsibilities include facilitating solution development with global and local entities from a business perspective, providing consultancy on global and local usage and implementation, guiding implementation in distribution services like API’s, overseeing data policy, governance, and management, and providing information and education. The role entails driving change by providing direction in complex changes, connecting squads and tribes, organizing work, applying focus and acceleration to meet deadlines, and identifying improvements for better results in the future.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Ensure the design and delivery of customer data services by collaborating with squads, other tribes, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners, customer journey experts, and engineers to develop business and data services aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
  • Foster connections among various tribes and squads to establish focus and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manage dependencies and address impediments to delivery while mitigating risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct business information and process analysis, gathering insights, and validating with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise in cross-squad integration and design to facilitate the seamless integration of data from diverse source systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data-related policies, standards, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities for acceleration, standardization, or automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster transparency, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate decision-making processes, address impediments, and engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Master's degree holder with consulting expertise, dedicated to delivering impactful results.
  • Proficient in data management, particularly in Customer Data Management.
  • Experienced in leading IT projects and transitioning software to cloud-based platforms.
  • Skilled in business analysis, adept at managing IT/data projects and programs from inception to implementation, collaborating closely with tribe leads, architects, and squads.
  • Possesses resilience, adept at navigating ambiguity and managing complexity effectively.
  • Demonstrates proactive, can-do attitude with organizational sensitivity, capable of effective communication with stakeholders across business and IT levels.
  • Holds comprehensive knowledge of banking industry and associated products and processes.
  • Bilingual in Dutch and English, proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Team player with strong communication, documentation skills, and proactive approach.
  • Experienced in agile environments, adaptable to changing dynamics.
  • Energetic and driven individual with a passion for data challenges and a forward-thinking mindset.
