Job Description 

CubeMatch is seeking a seasoned PM / BA with a strong track record in driving delivery and managing both Business & IT change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in key change management areas such as Front Office, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Product Control, and Treasury operations. Additionally, proficiency in IT Finance Change tools and technologies such as Murex, SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI is required. The role involves managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful project outcomes while adhering to market rates and focusing on efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities
 
  • Drive delivery of business and IT change initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication channels throughout projects.
  • Focus on key change management areas including Front Office, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Product Control, and Treasury operations.
  • Oversee IT Finance Change initiatives, including expertise in systems such as Murex, SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI, with a future focus on Ledger & Sub-Ledger and regulatory reporting.
  • Lead data management efforts, including control, triage, troubleshooting, and mentoring opportunities for junior staff.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Proven ability to drive delivery of business and IT change initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of both business and IT change management principles, with a focus on managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Experience in key change management areas such as Front Office, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Product Control, and Treasury operations.
  • Proficiency in IT Finance Change tools and technologies, including Murex, SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI, with knowledge of Ledger & Sub-Ledger and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent skills in data management, control, triage, and troubleshooting, with the ability to mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices.
