Job Description 

CubeMatch seeks a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager experienced in SFTP, Control M, S3, Cloud Storage, Service Accounts, Security groups, Firewall rules, and Green/Blue/Cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with vendors  to understand goals and IT service requirements. Establish governance processes for design integration, including SLAs, KPIs, and compliance. Coordinate with vendors and partners to integrate services and ensure security and compliance. Maintain detailed documentation of service integration designs and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Collaborate with vendors to understand their goals and IT service requirements. 
• Establish and maintain governance processes for design integration, including service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with vendors and partners to coordinate and integrate their services into the processes and architectural standards.
• Evaluate and select appropriate third-party solutions when necessary.
• Ensure that solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including data protection, authentication, and authorization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service integration designs, configurations, and procedures.

• Systems Integration and Product ionization
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• IT Service Delivery and Operations Management
• Application and infrastructure upgrades, optimization, and performance management across various domains including data center, hosting, end user services, and networks
• Strong knowledge of technical architecture, application systems design, and integration in large enterprise environments
• Experience in infrastructure builds, deployments, and operational tooling
• Proficiency in Certificate Management and SSL certificates
• Familiarity with Networks, Firewall Rules, Middleware Infrastructure, and integration
• Expertise in Server infrastructure, Mainframe, SAN, and Applications management
• Ability to optimize infrastructure and applications and manage vendor and partner relationships effectively
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met, including data protection and authentication
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of service integration designs and configurations.
