Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT & Process team, reporting to the Head of Data Management & IT. This role is integral to a domain team of four colleagues, dedicated to enhancing processes and information systems for managing direct investments and operating impact funds within our impact investing strategies, including renewable energy, financial inclusion, and sustainable food & agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance investment management applications, identifying system improvements.
- Assist colleagues in investment teams, portfolio services, and accounting departments with application usage and improvement initiatives.
- Translate user stories and functional requirements into actionable development tickets.
- Manage delivery, implementation, and measure improvements in operational workflows.
- Prioritize and discuss development tickets with key users to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the investment management software application landscape.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in roles like Support Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or Information Management.
- Proficiency in data querying languages, particularly SQL.
- Experience with Front Invest development and/or application support.
- Familiarity with process modeling languages like BPMN and CMMN.
- Knowledge of investment/asset management sector, especially non-listed investments.
- Experience with Front Invest and implementing investment management applications.
- Excellent command of English language.
