Job Description 

CubeMatch is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analysts to join our DORA implementation team in Dublin. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering the change required to meet the regulatory requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act by the end of 2024.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of regulatory projects, with a focus on Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to manage project deliverables from initiation to completion.
  • Independently manage tasks and deadlines while ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including policy documents, business requirements, and process maps.
  • Utilize strong data analysis and collation skills to gather insights and inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate and redesign business processes to meet DORA requirements effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project team environment, remaining flexible and delivery-focused.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Experience in regulatory projects such as Operational Resilience, NIS2, or EBA Outsourcing Guidelines preferred.
  • Strong documentation skills, including policy documents, business requirements, and process maps.
  • Excellent data analysis and collation abilities.
  • Ability to evaluate and redesign business processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in contract analysis/review.
  • Familiarity with Incident Management and Disaster Recovery processes.
  • Knowledge of ICT Risk Management and monitoring.
  • Experience drafting Policy, Strategy, or Guideline documents.
