At CubeMatch, we acknowledge the importance of women representation and the need for gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. One of our goals this year is to promote more women in the Finance Industry.
After signing Ireland's Women in Finance Charter earlier this year, we are now delighted to be partnering with Women Returners and Women ReBOOT (Technology Ireland DIGITAL Skillnet) to help us achieve this.
These programmes help reintroduce individuals who have taken career breaks and support them on their journey back to the workplace. Our partners offer training, coaching, and strongly supported development opportunities.
We will continue our efforts to ensure women are represented at all levels across the company and implement support and systems to achieve our targets.
