Nourishing November Challenge

Nourishing November Challenge
7th December 2023

A few days ago, 48 of our employees across our Dublin, London, Benelux and Chennai branches participated in our Nourishing November Challenge.

As part of our ongoing commitment to CSR, we set a health-based challenge where each participant had to select two wellbeing pillars to prioritise for two weeks. Our staff could choose from Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Emotional Wellbeing to support their overall health and prevent burnout or excess stress that may accumulate during the working week.

Thanks to our incredible participants, the sum of 1,200 euros was raised and donated to four local charities:

  • Ireland: Spunout, an Irish charity providing mental health/ wellbeing information and support to young people (suicide – bullying prevention, LGBTQIA+ community, abuse and drugs support etc.).
  • UK: MIND, a mental health charity based in England and Wales (National Association for Mental Health founded in 1946). Mind offers information and advice to people with mental health problems and lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf.
  • Benelux: Milieudefensie (Friends of the Earth Netherlands) an organisation working towards a fair and sustainable world since 1971.
  • India: Annai Teresa Charitable Trust, a charity providing exceptional long-term care services for the elderly, senior citizens and mentally challenged children.

We hope our small contributions will aid these great charities in their continued work and development.

Well done to all our participants, we hope you enjoyed the challenge and are reaping the health benefits from your efforts!
