Last week, our very own Jennifer Ward  took to the stage at the Women in Payments UK Annual Symposium, joining the panel on “Leading with Authenticity, Purpose, and Feminine Leadership.”

She shared honest reflections from her own career journey, from the lessons that shaped her to the practical advice she’s picked up along the way. It was a thoughtful conversation about what it really means to lead with intention and stay true to yourself in a fast-moving industry.

It’s truly encouraging to see how much the industry continues to evolve into a more inclusive, supportive space, one where long-term effort, resilience, and showing up consistently can open real opportunities.

At the same time, we know there’s more to do. Powering meaningful change for women in the industry isn’t just something we talk about, it’s a core part of who we are as a company and the culture we’re building every day.
