Structured independent review of delivery controls on a regular basis: steering packs, plans, status reporting, development and testing reporting, RAID management, and programme disciplines. Findings are benchmarked against industry standards and fed back constructively to delivery teams.

Deep Dive Reviews

Focused assurance on key risk areas identified in step 1. Examples include: reviews of migration strategy, test approach, go-live readiness, cutover design, stage gate readiness, development approach and sub-supplier delivery. We work alongside teams as these are developed, identifying and addressing issues while they can still be resolved. We also independently report our observations to Board and Executive teams.

Delivery Director

For major complex transformations we can provide an embedded Delivery Director providing independent oversight and advice on programme delivery, building the trust and capability for the delivery.
