CubeMatch has had a presence in Germany since 2013 and offers a range of services in the following areas: under our Strategic Change and Programme Delivery area we provide: Project Managers, Business Analysts and Testing services with expertise in Credit and Market Risk, Collateral Management, Corporate Actions, Compliance, Lending and Corporate Banking. We also provide Data and AI linked services in Development, Data Analysis, as well as Managed Services.
In April 2025, CubeMatch acquired BGK ( https://www.bgk-p.de/en/ ), extending its reach into the DACH region and reinforcing its position in the European market. For over 30 years, BGK has been successfully advising and supporting banks, building societies and insurance companies in Europe in IT and process management. BGK’s range of services is supplemented by experts specialised in process management for banks, building societies and insurance companies.
Perfect Process Management with the BGK Toolbox
The BGK-Toolbox is an instrument that helps to make process key figures transparent. Processes can be collected and analysed. Additionally, a personnel requirements calculation can be created on the basis of the data. This application is already in use in more than 100 financial services companies in the DACH region.

Ralf is Managing Director of BGK GmbH & Co. KG and has many years of experience in advising financial services providers on all aspects of process management. He has supported major insurance companies, building societies and banks in a wide variety of projects.
Dr. Joachim Degel
BGK Director - Strategy
Dr. Joachim Degel is Co-Owner of BGK GmbH & Co. KG and has been active in the financial industry since 1994. With a focus on innovation, processes, and IT, he drives digital transformation. His work centres on practical strategies to help financial service providers become more efficient and competitive through modern technologies.
Stephan Lessnow
BGK Director - Business Development
Stephan is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience in digital banking and payments. He has worked with major financial institutions across Europe, driving innovation, market expansion and digital transformation in Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Stephan specialises in launching customer-centric financial solutions and building strategic partnerships in highly regulated environments.
Keith Moran
BGK Director - Technology & CubeMatch Group CTO
Keith is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As CubeMatch Group CTO, he is responsible for our Change Transformation, Technology and Digital practices. Keith has held various key management roles in challenging and demanding environments, where he has successfully delivered over 150+ key technology and transformation programs with breakthrough strategic business outcomes.
Rainer Bopp

Rainer is CubeMatch DACH Advisory board member and has many years of experience in financial services. He has in-depth banking expertise and has supported major financial services companies in a wide variety of projects.
