CubeMatch BGK AI Banking Event in Frankfurt
This week, our colleagues from CubeMatch BGK, together with their partner Oper Credits, welcomed financial industry executives to an exclusive event in Frankfurt : “When AI No Longer Just Thinks, But Acts”, focused on how AI agents will shape banking in the years ahead.
A highlight of the evening was the keynote by Dr. Maurizio Singh (DSGV – Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband), who explored the strategic impact of Agentic AI on customer experience, scalability and trust.
Michael Rettinger (BGK) demonstrated with a live demo how AI agents could enhance online banking with tangible value for customers, while Geert Van Kerckhoven (Oper Credits) showed how they can make construction financing and lending more efficient, transparent and faster.
The discussions made one thing clear: AI will not replace the future of banking. It will redefine how banking works and how customers interact with financial services.
