Celebrating Pride 2025: Standing Proud, Powering Change
This June, CubeMatch proudly stood alongside the LGBTQ+ community in celebration, solidarity, and support during Pride Month. As a company committed to inclusivity, diversity, and equality, we were thrilled to be both Gold Sponsor and active participants in Ireland’s largest LGBTQ+ sporting event—the 2025 Dublin Pride Run.
Sponsoring and Running for an amazing cause
Held in Dublin’s famous Phoenix Park on June 13th, the Pride Run brought together communities in a joyful 5KM celebration of love, resilience, and visibility. Organised by the Dublin Front Runners, the event raised vital funds for LGBT Ireland, Transgender Equality Network Ireland, and Gay Community News—three exceptional organisations doing crucial work in support of LGBTQ+ lives across the country.
We laced up our running shoes and joined hundreds of runners in a powerful show of solidarity. Being part of this event wasn’t just about the run—it was about showing up, being visible allies, and contributing to a more inclusive society.
Raising Awareness with our internal Pride Quiz
Inside CubeMatch, we kept the spirit of Pride alive with our Pride Quiz, a fun and educational event designed to deepen awareness of LGBTQ+ history. Hosted virtually on June 25th, our employees came together to learn, share, and reflect on the continued journey toward equality.
From landmark moments in LGBTQ+ rights to spotlighting global changemakers, the quiz sparked important conversations and reminded us that Pride is not just a celebration—it’s a call to action.

We’re not stopping here. Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited to launch an employee-led Diversity & Inclusivity Committee within CubeMatch. This initiative will empower our people to lead change from within, champion diverse voices, and help shape an even more inclusive workplace for all.
