CubeMatch's journey began with its inception in 2002 in London, providing systems and development services.
In July 2025, CubeMatch expanded its UK footprint with the acquisition of DVCP , a strategic partnership marking a significant step forward in our UK growth strategy.
Founded in 2020, DVCP specialises in transformation and change management across Financial Services, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Professional Services sectors.

Tom Saunders
DVCP CEO & Co-Founder
Tom Saunders is a seasoned Board and ExCo leader, a Career CIO, and specialist in transformation, M&A, and technology strategy. From a career including CIO roles at The Co-operative Banking Group, BSI Group, the Ministry of Defence, Aldermore Bank, and the tertiary education sector, Tom brings deep expertise in shaping technology strategy, transforming operating models, and aligning organisations to deliver strategic goals and commercial value.
Tom has a proven record of driving complex change across financial services, professional services, and government, along with supporting M&A transactions, steering global transformations and integrations. As Founder and CEO of DVCP, Tom has led start-up, scale-up and growth, delivering engagements with leading financial services organisations and in other sectors.
Mhairi Kennedy
DVCP COO & Co-Founder
Mhairi Kennedy is a Transformation Director, C-level Executive and NED with extensive experience in Financial Services and other industries. Recent experience includes: Sainsburys Bank (Separation assurance), Cumberland Building Society (Programme Assurance) and Kroo Bank (Board Advisor).
Previously Mhairi was Transformation Director for MIB, CIO with Barclaycard and held executive management roles with Barclays, HBOS and RBS. Mhairi is currently a NED with Registers of Scotland and the University of West of Scotland
David Campbell
DVCP Strategy & Transformation Director
David Campbell is a delivery focused Transformation and Strategic Implementation Director with over 15 years of expertise across Investment Banking, Retail Banking, and Life, Pensions & Asset Management. David has specialised in complex programme recovery and delivery, successfully executed for the likes of Morgan Stanley, Royal London, Bank of Ireland, NatWest, and Together Money.
His expertise spans complex technical transformations including cloud-based microservice development and sophisticated business strategy transformations. Recent engagements include strategic advisory roles for and comprehensive digital transformation leadership across core banking, loan origination, and API management platforms, including the spearheading of innovative AI integration for advanced data analytics, streamlined customer onboarding processes, and intelligent operational service delivery.
Andrew Seymour
CubeMatch UK Head of Business Development
Andrew has over 25 years’ of legal and commercial experience in the Management and Development of Business and IT consulting propositions; having been directly responsible for multimillion global. Andrew’s areas of expertise include: building and managing high-performing teams from the definition of target operating models to the implementation of multiyear business plans, Business Turnaround, New Client and Competitor Acquisition, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance.
Francis Kiwanuka
CubeMatch UK Head of Risk Management
With over 20 years of experience in banking, Francis specialises in managing regulatory changes within financial services. As a Senior Advisor, Francis assists clients in anticipating and assessing the impacts of regulatory changes. He further ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by overseeing the implementation of necessary business and technical changes. Francis has a background in trading, coupled with specialised expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Elizabeth Kent
CubeMatch UK Head of Business Management
Liz is responsible for driving strategic business development projects at CubeMatch, this includes initiatives around service delivery, staff communication & training and sales data reporting. She has 15 years’ experience within the financial services consulting industry and has a background in operations and sales.
Jamie Bose
CubeMatch Group Head of Talent Management
Jamie is our Global Director of Talent with 18+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth Financial Services, Banking, Payments, Start-ups and Management Consulting business. He is a strategic, customer-focused, innovative, creative, and data-driven individual with a passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service through a unique combination of creative and analytical skills.
John Elliott
CubeMatch UK Account Director
John is the latest addition to the UK Business Development team, coming from with a wealth of experience across Investment Banking, Asset Management, big 4 Consulting and Financial Services. John enables clients to overcome complex Change and Transformation Projects across Financial Services including, but not limited to Technology (including SAP), Risk, Regulatory, Compliance and Agile. He does this throughout the entire lifecycle of the project from idea stage through to completion.
Chynna Page
CubeMatch UK HR & Contracts Manager
Chynna Page joined CubeMatch in 2021 as the HR and Contract Services Manager. She brings 15 years of experience within the financial services consulting industry, with a strong background in operations and contract management and knowledge of systems implementation.
