Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a Technical Solution Architect with strong banking domain experience to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions across banking and financial services environments. The role involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define solution architecture, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for banking applications and platforms
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define architecture requirements
- Provide architectural guidance across system integration, cloud, and application development initiatives
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and regulatory requirements
- Support digital transformation and modernization programs
- Review technical designs, solution documents, and implementation plans
- Drive best practices across architecture governance and delivery
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams during implementation
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Strong experience as a Technical Solution Architect within banking or financial services
- Knowledge of banking systems, payments, lending, risk, or core banking platforms
- Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration
- Experience with solution design, application architecture, and infrastructure architecture
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and regulatory standards in banking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across complex enterprise environments
