Job Description

CubeMatch is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Depowise Implementation Analyst to support the implementation and showcase of the Depowise platform across multiple operational workstreams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling the successful deployment of platform functionalities by ensuring data readiness, conducting business logic testing, and supporting stakeholder workshops.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and demonstrating Depowise capabilities across major workstreams: Platform Setup, Cashflow Monitoring, NAV Oversight, Timely Settlement, Regulatory & Client Reporting
  • Capture feedback, document requirements, and ensure alignment with user expectations.
  • Coordinate feedback collection to enhance future development cycles.
  • Prepare and validate inbound data files for ingestion into Depowise.
  • Perform logic testing, such as completeness checks and overdraft monitoring, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Demonstrate platform functionalities to stakeholders with a focus on practical application and business relevance.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of asset servicing, custody operations, or fund administration processes.
  • Experience working with financial data sets, particularly related to cashflows, NAVs, and settlements.
  • Practical experience with data validation, file ingestion, and logic testing.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and engaging directly with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.
  • Previous experience working with a Tier 1 bank environment.
  • Understanding of fund oversight, custodial banking operations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience using tools for workshop facilitation and feedback collection (e.g., Miro, Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of data quality controls and exception management frameworks
