Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions supporting the GMI global back-office clearing and accounting platform. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation across clearing, processing, booking, integration, and reporting functions for exchange-traded derivatives, futures, options, energy products, cleared OTC products, equities, bonds, and foreign exchange. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Accounts Setup, Operations, Front Office, and Treasury to deliver complex technology initiatives on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. This position requires strong capital markets expertise, technical understanding of clearing and back-office systems, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance structures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Accounts Setup, Operations, Front Office, and Treasury.
- Oversee system integration, booking, processing, and reporting workflows.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements within capital markets environments.
- Provide clear stakeholder communication and regular status reporting to senior management.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience delivering technology projects within capital markets or derivatives environments.
- Strong knowledge of futures, options, exchange-traded derivatives, and cleared OTC products.
- Solid understanding of back-office clearing, accounting, and processing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in regulated financial services environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication capabilities.
- Experience working in structured project delivery frameworks.
