Job Description

CubeMatch is seeking professionals with experience in commercial/wholesale banking and Treasury environments, with a strong background in software development and technology transformation initiatives. The role involves supporting the delivery of strategic technology solutions, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects across banking and Treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in banking and Treasury technology transformation initiatives.
  • Support software development, system implementation, and integration activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist with requirements gathering, testing, and solution delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with banking, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Support project delivery across the full software development lifecycle.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Experience in commercial/wholesale banking and/or Treasury environments.
  • Exposure to software development and technology transformation projects.
  • Understanding of banking operations, financial products, and Treasury processes.
  • Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of system integration and software delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced project and transformation environments.
