Job Description

CubeMatch is looking for a Functional Finance Consultant with expertise in RTR (Record to Report) processes to support finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and system implementations. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to analyze business requirements, improve financial processes, and ensure effective delivery of finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to RTR processes
  • Support finance transformation and ERP implementation projects
  • Work with stakeholders to improve financial reporting and accounting processes
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities
  • Prepare functional documentation and process flows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and Finance
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of RTR (Record to Report) processes
  • Experience in Finance/Accounting transformation projects
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
  • Understanding of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting
  • Business analysis and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in UAT and functional testing.
