Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a highly experienced Fund Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and change initiatives within a fund and capital markets environment. The role requires full ownership of the project lifecycle, working closely with Front Office, Operations, Treasury, and Accounts Setup teams to deliver solutions aligned with Futures, Options, and Exchange-traded products. The successful candidate will combine strong project governance expertise with deep functional knowledge of fund operations and trading environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle delivery (initiation to implementation).
- Partner with Front Office, Fund Operations, Treasury, and Accounts Setup teams to define requirements and drive execution.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Ensure alignment across trading, clearing, settlement, and reporting processes.
- Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Provide regular stakeholder reporting and governance updates.
- Act as the primary interface between business users and technology teams.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Strong experience as a Project Manager within Fund or Capital Markets environments.
- Deep understanding of Futures, Options, and Exchange-traded products.
- Knowledge of fund operations, clearing, settlement, and treasury processes.
- Proven experience delivering technology and trading platform initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with project governance frameworks and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
