Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking an experienced PMO. The client has decided to replace its in-house developed core banking system (iSeries) with modern, future-proof solutions by 2027.
The replacement of the existing loan management system and the transition to SAP are part of the broader objective of establishing a new IT architecture. The initiative will be delivered through the implementation of SAP CML and CMS, along with further development of the funding application FORWeb.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously update resource and milestone planning at the overall project level, based on inputs from sub-projects (“Interfaces”, “Testing”, “CML/CMS”, and “Re-engineering FORWeb”).
- Prepare planning workshops, including scheduling and agenda creation focused on resources and milestones.
- Provide status reporting for the overall program, based on updates from sub-project leads and workstream outputs.
- Perform project budget controlling through actual vs. planned reporting aligned with the project plan.
- Manage project risks by tracking and updating risks related to quality, timelines, and costs, including probability assessments.
- Document meeting outcomes and maintain accurate records.
- Capture and document scope changes through formal change requests.
- Prepare project meetings, including development of presentation materials.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Application Development
- IT Operations
- IT Governance / IT Management
- Practical experience in:
- Facilitating and moderating meetings and ensuring outcomes are captured
- Documentation, status reporting, and maintaining project plans and trackers (e.g., issue logs)
- Preparing management-level information and reports
- Administrative project activities (e.g., onboarding/offboarding resources)
- Stakeholder management across IT, business units, and steering committees
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and SharePoint
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI) is advantageous
- Experience supporting agile projects (e.g., Scrum) is a plus
