Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant. The role focuses on analysing and designing business and regulatory requirements across key banking domains including development finance, back-office operations, and credit risk management.
The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, design functional and technical concepts, support testing activities, and ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer. The role requires strong banking expertise, particularly in areas such as programme loans, grants, guarantees, payments, and credit risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and design business and regulatory requirements within development banking, back-office operations, and credit management.
- Support initiatives related to development finance products, including programme loans, grants, guarantees, equity investments, and collateral management.
- Contribute to improvements and design activities in back-office operations, including money and capital market transaction processing and payments.
- Support the credit domain, including loan processing, credit risk analysis, rating models, counterparty default risk, and limit management.
- Develop functional and technical concepts to support business and system requirements.
- Participate in testing activities to validate implemented solutions and document test results.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and system changes.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a bank, financial services provider, or securities firm.
- At least 7 years of project experience, including requirements documentation, solution design, testing, reporting, and project documentation.
- Strong functional knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Development finance business (programme lending, grants, guarantees, etc.)
- Back-office banking operations
- Credit processing and credit risk management.
- Strong banking domain knowledge, particularly related to development loan systems or development finance portals.
- Experience analysing business and regulatory requirements in banking environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
