Job Description

CubeMatch is seeking an IT Service & Change Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality end-to-end IT services across the organisation and its financial institution clients. The role provides oversight and governance of multiple IT service providers and delivery partners, ensuring services meet agreed service levels across a multi-site and multi-business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end IT services provided by managed service providers, end-user computing partners, and internally managed services.
  • Monitor and ensure vendor performance against agreed service level agreements (SLAs) across multiple locations and business units.
  • Manage relationships with multiple IT vendors, ensuring service quality, accountability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of Vendor Management and Change Management frameworks.
  • Coordinate and oversee IT change initiatives and projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Act as a liaison between delivery partners and financial institution clients, representing the organisation in service discussions and escalations.
  • Provide governance and reporting on IT service performance, incidents, and change activities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CIO/CTO and Head of Change, to support IT strategy and operational improvements.
  • Ensure IT services and operational processes align with regulatory and security standards, including ISO 27001 requirements.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

  • 10–15 years of experience across a broad range of IT services, including infrastructure, hardware, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong experience in IT Service Management and Change Management within regulated environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple IT vendors and managed service providers.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices for service management.
  • Experience delivering IT services within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001-certified environments and security governance practices.
  • Strong project management and change coordination experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams, vendors, and business clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a small organisation with broad operational responsibilities.
