Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant / Business Analyst to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end CRM solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and operations to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across customer contracts, sales partner management, and commission processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and structure business requirements and derive implementable user stories.
- End-to-end design of solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales CRM (business partners, customers and contracts, commission settlement, etc.).
- The project focuses on the following areas:
- Customer contracts (lead management, qualification, appointment scheduling, and integration of closing processes).
- Sales partners, transactions, and commission systems.
- Potential frontend integration (online application processes for building societies, online portals).
- Close collaboration with business departments, development, operations, and QA, including refinements, backlog maintenance, and business sign-offs
- Design and implementation of Power Automate flows for end-to-end processes based on Dynamics.
- Setup and integration into operational structures (branching, releases, pipelines, test and deployment automation).
- Enable users through documentation, training, governance, and continuous optimization.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of proven experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (design, configuration, implementation).
- Functional expertise (knowledge of business processes, data management, module expertise).
- Technical skills (architecture, configuration, databases, integration, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong experience in building robust, maintainable Power Automate flows, including error handling and governance.
- Confident in requirements engineering (Scrum/Kanban), workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
