Job Description 

CubeMatch is currently seeking a Service Introduction and Release Manager to join the Athena program within the corporate and markets change pillar. The role involves proficiently project managing the service introduction of multiple releases under the program. The objective is to reach a stage where the program can confidently recommend deployment and transition the service to Technology Services, seeking approval from Steerco and broader stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute Service Introduction activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, reporting to program management.
  • Responsible for delivery of SI deliverables associated with the ISO program.
  • Report at a senior level to program management on the status of progress along with the quality of the final deliverable and at its intermittent stages. 
  • Lead and Manage SI at various ‘checkpoints’ on the journey which will require validation.
  • Manage a team across SI activities
  • Work with TS and other external suppliers to agree process and associated KPI and Service Acceptance Criteria.
  • Ensure that the bank’s SI policy and process is followed.
  • Technical release & deployment – deliver integrated technical release and deployment plans for all major deployments and to execute these in a structured way to support a smooth transition through the go live deployment.
  • Deployment preparation and planning (e.g. detailed deployment runbooks), deployment execution and environment build runbooks.
  • Coordinate change approval process.
  • Support go live events/releases including coordination and execution of runbook and technical production proving.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
  • Prior experience in service introduction, release management, or project delivery.
  • Proficient in IT Release Management, ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT Service Delivery and Operations Management.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and partners to seamlessly integrate their services into existing processes.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, encompassing data protection, authentication, and authorization.
  • Maintain meticulous records of service integration designs, configurations, and procedures.
