Job Description
CubeMatch is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Program Manager/Director to lead a major SAP S/4 HANA implementation focused on core payment systems. This role involves planning, managing, and overseeing multiple workstreams across various programs, including coordinating efforts with key partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP program management, with a strong emphasis on S/4 HANA implementations in the payments domain and ideally experience with the SAP Transactional Banking Module (TRBK).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall program management of SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, specifically focusing on core payment systems.
- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple workstreams across various programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing relationships with key partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and quality control measures.
- Guide and mentor project teams, providing strategic direction and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business needs, ensuring a seamless integration of core payment systems.
- Drive decision-making processes, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status and performance.
- Utilize experience in SAP Transactional Banking (TRBK) to enhance the implementation of payment-related functionalities within the S/4 HANA framework.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in SAP program management, delivering high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager or Director leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementations, particularly within core payment systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-workstream programs involving global consulting partners.
- Strong expertise in SAP program management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4 HANA projects.
- In-depth understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and its application within the payments industry, with hands-on experience in managing SAP modules relevant to transactional banking (TRBK).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams to achieve program goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project risks and issues.
- Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
