Job Description 


CubeMatch is currently seeking a SAP Test Manager responsible for comprehending the testing effort through the analysis of project requirements. The manager will estimate and secure management support for the necessary time, environments, and resources. Organizing the testing kick-off meeting and defining the Test Strategy are essential aspects of this role. The manager will develop a comprehensive test plan, ensuring stakeholder support and documentation of all testing documents and artifacts. Additionally, the role involves implementing, monitoring, and enforcing testing processes in alignment with organizational standards. Coordinating testing across various phases, such as System Testing, System Integration Testing, NFT testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing, is a crucial responsibility. Daily test meetings will be conducted in collaboration with project management, business analysts, and development teams. The manager will oversee both System and UAT testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Develop a comprehensive test strategy and plan, including organizing the testing kick-off meeting, to address system quality risks by outlining tasks, dependencies, and participant roles.
  • Engage with stakeholders to share and review the test strategy, obtaining their input and sign-off to align and garner support for the overall testing approach.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of testing documents and artifacts, adhering to organizational standards and processes, focusing on content and structure.
  • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce testing processes in alignment with organizational standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Coordinate testing activities across all phases, conduct daily test meetings with relevant parties, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Proven experience in efficiently managing and coordinating all facets of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), showcasing comprehensive involvement in Test Planning, Preparation, Execution, and Signoff.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of UAT objectives, requirements, and outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with project teams, facilitating seamless coordination and communication throughout the UAT lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, including planning, preparation, execution, and signoff, ensuring thorough and effective UAT processes.
  • Track record of taking full responsibility for the Test engagement, exhibiting accountability for successful UAT outcomes, and ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Desired technology experience : SAP, JIRA, Confluence
  • Desired business knowledge background: Financial Services, Credit Risk, Anti Money Laundering
