Job Description 

CubeMatch is seeking a talented and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic team, contributing to cutting-edge solutions in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Python and distributed computing to work on complex projects related to pricing, risk management, and PNL domains across Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities (FICC), and Equities products. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and performance in high-stakes financial applications.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain robust Python applications for financial data processing, risk analysis, and PNL calculations.
• Design and implement distributed and parallel computing solutions to enhance performance in grid or high-performance computing environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for FICC and Equities products.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide efficient technical solutions for pricing and risk assessments.
• Optimize existing systems and processes for enhanced computational efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance for real-time financial data processing.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

• Strong programming skills in Python (or equivalent languages like C++/Java).
• In-depth understanding of grid, distributed, parallel, and high-performance computing concepts.
• Knowledge and experience in FICC or Equities products, specifically in pricing, risk, and PNL domains.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within diverse technical and business teams.
