Job Description 


CubeMatch is seeking a highly skilled Project/Program Manager specializing in banking to lead the migration of One PAM to the cloud. Based in Amsterdam, this role involves delivering the NextGen version of One PAM, which will offer enhanced scalability and instantiation benefits through cloud deployment. The Project/Program Manager will facilitate the on-time delivery of the NextGen solution, coordinating with multiple dedicated squads and platform teams. The initial user of One PAM NextGen will be a major Australian bank, starting with their mobile app integration and expanding to encompass additional processes.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Facilitate the timely delivery of the NextGen solution by coordinating with various One PAM squads and platform teams.
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Oversee the integration of new features in both the original and NextGen versions of One PAM, working closely with product owners, architects, and engineers.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies and risks associated with the project.
• Conduct business information and process analysis, gathering and validating requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
• Bring transparency, facilitate decision-making, and address impediments to ensure project progress.
• Drive change by giving direction, organizing work, applying focus, and accelerating efforts to meet deadlines and improve results.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and deliver results.
• Strong background in managing data and ensuring data integrity.
• Extensive experience in successfully managing projects and programs from initiation to implementation.
• High resilience, ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Clear communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage expectations and communicate changes effectively.
• Good general knowledge of the banking industry, banking products, and processes.
• Experience with high-criticality systems and IT platforms.
• Strong team player with excellent communication, documentation skills, and a proactive approach.
• Agile Environment Experience: Experience working in an agile environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• At least 10 years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
