Job Description 


CubeMatch is seeking  an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in business readiness and a solid understanding of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) programmes. The ideal candidate will have a focus on preparing organizations for digital resilience in compliance with DORA regulations. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations are fully prepared to meet the stringent requirements of DORA, mitigating risks and enhancing our overall digital resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business in assessing current capabilities, identify scope of change and drive out high-level business requirements
  • Understand, analyse and assess the impact of proposed business changes on IT systems (working closely with application experts, both business & technical) if any .
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams to detail findings and demonstrate areas of improvement
  • Develop & present solutions proposal packs, providing professional analysis and advice concerning specific business initiatives and solutions options
  • Organize, specify and model requirements for the business and other stakeholders to ensure they are complete and unambiguous
  • Responsible for obtaining business signoff of the business requirements and working with resource by providing input to the technical requirements definition and low level technical design where required
  • Communicate the requirements to relevant stakeholders and act as translator between stakeholders and business to ensure that all parties are aligned
  • Define team member roles and  expectations, and ensure timely feedback.
  • Review, and be responsible for, the overall development and integration of requirements.
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
  • Define the project iterations strategy. Manage and evaluate iterations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans.
  • Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions.
  • Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined change management process.
  • Represent the project team at stakeholder meetings.
  • Adherence to Bank’s implementation methodology and project governance framework; DEX

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Familiarity with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and its implications for financial institutions.
  • Experience in implementing projects that ensure compliance with DORA or similar regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
  • Experience managing complex projects, with at least 2-3 years focused on business readiness or digital resilience programmes.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
