Job Description 


Each year CubeMatch employs Graduates or Junior employees looking to a career in Project Management, Business Analysis within the Financial industry. The role is also open to those with one or two years work experience within a financial institute, Funds Environment and a keen interest in Project Management or Business Analysis.

We then extend our internal training, mentor support to map out a career path with mentorship support. The opportunity is open to anyone with Business Acumen, Project Acumen, interest and skills. CubeMatch also invest in any professional training required. 
This year we have ramped up our Associate recruitment as we have won some great new projects with leading financial services clients in Dublin, London, Amsterdam.  These projects opportunities in Business Analysis, Project Management.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships by aligning with their culture, understanding objectives, and needs. Develop trust and advise on approaches to achieve desired results.
• Effective Communication: Utilize clear and straightforward communication to connect and influence both clients and stakeholders, adapting to different communication formats as necessary.
• Process Review and Optimization: Evaluate work processes for quality, accuracy, and relevance. Identify opportunities to optimize business operations to prepare clients for future growth.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop constantly, staying updated with industry trends and best practices in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Detail-Oriented Approach: Maintain a keen focus on details, ensuring accuracy and precision in project execution and client interactions.

Desired Skills & Attributes
 

• Engage with business development and marketing activities for the Financial consulting team to help grow the business.  Such as contributing to case studies to be published and learning content for more Junior Teams.
• Take an active role in coaching, developing, and growing more junior staff members. 
• With full support from CubeMatch you will be responsible for your own development, maintain and educational or stretch opportunities to continually develop your skills.
• You will seek opportunities which give you exposure to different environments, situations and perspectives.
