Job Description 


CubeMatch is looking for a Feature Engineer and Change expert in a data driven area to strengthen the implementation of epics in - and outside the tribe where complexity is higher higher complexity and challenging context. Responsibilities are facilitating the development of solutions with global and local entities in a business perspective, consulting on global and local usage and implementation, guidance for the implementation in the distribution services such as API’s, as well as the data policy, governance and management, and last but not least information and education. You drive change by giving direction in complex changes, connecting squads and tribes, organize the work, applying focus and acceleration to meet deadlines and find improvements for better results the next time. 

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Ensure the design and delivery of customer data services in collaboration with squads and other tribes, aligning with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners, customer journey experts, and engineers to develop business and data services for an enhanced customer experience.
  • Connect various tribes and squads to create focus, enabling organized work and setting priorities for effective delivery.
  • Manage dependencies and impediments in the delivery process, actively mitigating risks to ensure smooth progress.
  • Conduct business information and process analysis, gathering and validating data with input from both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise in cross-squad integration and design, facilitating the appropriate linking and integration of data from diverse source systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data-related policies, standards, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate, standardize, or automate processes through thoughtful design.
  • Bring transparency to the process, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate decision-making, address impediments, and engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Holds a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Possesses strong consulting skills, engaging effectively to deliver impactful results.
  • Experienced in data management, demonstrating proficiency in handling data-related tasks.
  • Solid experience in business analysis, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
  • All-round change professional with a proven track record of successfully driving organizational change.
  • Ability to manage projects and programs comprehensively, from initiation and design to embedding outcomes, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Exhibits high resilience, adept at dealing with ambiguity and managing complexity in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive with a can-do mentality, maintaining a positive mindset and organizational sensitivity.
  • Capable of communicating with both business and IT stakeholders at various levels.
  • Possesses good general knowledge of the banking industry, including banking products and processes.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and documentation skills, along with a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with working in an agile environment, understanding and applying agile principles.
  • Energetic and driven pioneer with a passion for data challenges.
  • Excels in taking on challenges and turning ideas into actionable solutions.
