Job Description 


CubeMatch is looking for a Business Analyst to support the International Sustainability Leader within the International Chief Operating Office. This role requires a deep understanding of sustainability topics, business operations, financial management, and data management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of distilling complex sustainability-related data into actionable operational processes and will work collaboratively across various teams to drive sustainability reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Analyze and interpret data requirements for sustainability reporting, with an initial focus on EU Taxonomy and related Financial Controller disclosures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on regulatory data requirements for sustainability and ensure data quality and exception processing.
• Develop and maintain data intake models, ensuring stakeholders understand the format, frequency, and attributes of required data.
• Create presentations and reports for senior stakeholders, including board materials on sustainability data approaches.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting for senior management as needed.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

• Extensive experience managing large and complex data sets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into meaningful reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in financial forecasting, resource tracking, and business management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
