Job Description 

CubeMatch is seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Business and IT Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating internal functions, organizational development strategies, and IT processes, and recommending improvements based on IT landscape reports.

You will create business architecture models aligned with company strategies and goals, collaborating with stakeholders to identify current and future needs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assessing IT-related risks, developing technology strategies, and shaping solution architectures to enhance efficiency and support our goals, including the establishment of centers of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Evaluate internal functions, organizational development strategies, and IT processes and suggest improvements, supported by IT landscape reports
• Create business architecture models to reflect company's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
• Connect with stakeholders to determine company's  current and future needs.
• Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of NTMA's goals.
• Evaluate and identify IT-related risks.
• Develop technology strategy and planning deliverables to address IT risks and improve the effectiveness of the IT operations, especially in business application integration.
• Produce target-state solution architecture and perform assessments and gap analysis. E.g., current state vs. future state diagrams
• Help formulate the overall solution strategies and roadmaps, including the development of migration roadmap and project plans:
• Help establish one or more center's of excellence.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in similar roles as an enterprise architect
• At least one relevant technical certification e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, Zachman Framework or equivalent.
• Manage and lead teams and technologies including architecture, strategy and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with V3, MS Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Jira, MS Teams is desirable.
