Job Description
CubeMatch is looking for a consultant with in-depth expertise in the practical implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulatory framework. The ideal candidate will be capable of embedding DORA into downstream policies and processes such as Incident Management (IM) and Disaster Recovery (DR). They will collaborate closely with the client’s IT production and infrastructure teams, building on the groundwork laid by the DXC engagement team. The focus will be on regulatory application, with no need for additional generic infrastructure or cloud expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the practical implementation of the DORA framework within the client's semi-mature tech environment.
- Integrate DORA requirements into downstream processes, including Incident Management and Disaster Recovery.
- Collaborate with the client’s IT production/infra team, leveraging existing DXC expertise.
- Ensure compliance with DORA regulations through effective process building and management.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize resilience strategies in line with regulatory demands.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of the DORA regulatory framework and its practical application in tech environments.
- Experience in integrating regulatory frameworks into policies and processes like IM and DR.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and external engagement partners.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on operational resilience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory requirements to diverse stakeholders.
