Job Description 


CubeMatch is seeking a dynamic Finance PMO to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining budget tracking, conducting financial planning and modeling, and developing monitoring controls. You will engage with client finance to address reporting needs and perform forecast vs actuals analysis. Additionally, you will integrate with PO and Invoicing processes and liaise with Program PMO and Program Leads for reporting inputs. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing dashboards for instant financial health snapshots.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Building and maintaining budget tracking, and provide ad-hoc and ongoing reporting on costs and variance to meet internal and external reporting cycles
  • Financial planning and modelling to meet future project requirements
  • Building out financial planning and monitoring controls
  • Managing engagement with client finance function and their current and developing reporting requirements
  • Performing forecast vs actuals and managing monthly program accruals
  • Integrating with PO and Invoicing process, defining data requirements for effective reporting
  • Liaising with the Program PMO and Program Leads for inputs on in-scope reporting
  • Implementing dashboards that offer instant snapshots of financial health, allowing for effective budget management and monitoring of key performance metrics.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Proficient in budget tracking and reporting to meet internal and external cycles.
  • Skilled in financial planning and modeling for future project requirements.
  • Strong in financial controls establishment and monitoring.
  • Effective engagement with client finance for evolving reporting needs.
  • Capable of forecast vs actuals analysis and managing accruals.
  • Experience in integrating with PO and Invoicing processes for reporting.
  • Collaborative with Programme PMO and Leads for reporting inputs.
  • Proficient in implementing dashboards for financial health snapshots.
  • Knowledgeable in project financials with Financial Ops background.
  • Strong in reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
