Job Description 


CubeMatch is seeking an analytical and proactive Customer Activity Monitoring (CAM) Analyst to join the KYC & Financial Crime (FC) Centre of Expertise. This role is crucial for safeguarding the organization and its customers from financial crime by analyzing transaction data, identifying patterns, and enhancing the CAM framework. The ideal candidate will collaborate with CAM specialists and stakeholders to strengthen CAM models and improve the effectiveness of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) measures.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Analyze post-transaction monitoring data and business processes to define and support changes in the CAM framework.
  • Identify and propose new AML/CTF measures, business rules, or improvements to existing measures and rules.
  • Collaborate on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of CAM models and business rules.
  • Contribute to back-testing of behavioral models and static rules.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on CAM topics, including thematic research and proposals for advanced analytics and AI applications.
  • Support CAM reporting and performance evaluation of business rules, including reporting of Operational Risk events.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Extensive experience as a CAM Analyst or in a related role.
  • Broad knowledge of AML/CTF practices, including experience with CAM rulesets, model lifecycle management, and advanced techniques.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies in an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, judgment, and ability to work as a business partner.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and maintain diverse stakeholder relationships.
