Job Description 


CubeMatch is looking for a proactive and talented IT professional to join the Markets and Securities Services Operations Technology (MSSOT) team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the use of the FXPT system, particularly the FXPT Calypso instance, to support evolving business requirements in Foreign Exchange (FX) operations, including Confirmations, Settlements, and Accounting. This role requires an individual with expertise in Calypso software, strong analytical skills, and experience working in diverse, global teams

Key Responsibilities

•  
• Analyze and categorize project requirements related to FXPT Calypso functionality.
• Collaborate with FXPT Product Owners and system teams to estimate efforts for implementing new requirements.
• Ensure communication of estimates, progress, and potential delays to stakeholders.
• Work with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to deliver functionality to production.
• Define acceptance criteria and testing schedules for each delivery.
• Develop innovative solutions to maximize functionality with minimal effort.
• Facilitate communication across key stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables are clearly understood before development.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Calypso software, specializing in Business Analysis.
• Strong expertise in FX Post Trade processes (Confirmations, Settlements, Accounting, Reconciliations).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with SQL and knowledge of Calypso Architecture and data model.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
