Job Description
CubeMatch is looking for a highly skilled and experienced business analyst to join our team at CubeMatch. In this role, you will play a critical role in analysing business problems, identifying fit for purpose resolutions and implementing the resolution into the business area of our clients. In this role you will closely work together with experts and managers of the client to create or enhance IT systems, business processes and reporting's. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that span across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform problem and resolution studies to understand the context, the organization and the relevant directives;
- Define and align requirements with resolution parties and agree upon definitions of done;
- Translate information need into data requirements and the define relevant controls and balances to ensure a robust resolution;
- Manage stakeholders on expectations, progress and potential issues;
- Monitor project activities and make recommendations for further steps.
- You will perform comprehensive analyses to translate laws, regulations and requirements into concrete changes;
- You will monitor the activities of the stakeholders you work with in order to define and implement the required changes in a controlled way;
- You see opportunities for process and quality improvements and make recommendations on how to realize them;
- You look at the whole and are driven and determined to solve a problem together.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
- Preferable WO degree / Masters Degree (business administration, economics, finance or a related field) or HBO degree with working experience in Financial Institutions;
- Dutch and English language skills ;
- 3-5 years of proven experience with business/data analysis, consulting and project management in the financial secto;r
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect complex problems and develop practical solutions;
- Excellent consulting skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels,
- Strong Excel and preferably SQL skills
