Job Description 


CubeMatch is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this pivotal role, you will significantly impact the future of technology within IAM, particularly focusing on ensuring the security and integrity of digital assets related to employee access. You will actively shape the demand for technology, bridging the gap between business and IT.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Translate complex business targets into detailed designs and blueprints for IAM solutions.
  • Develop cross-domain solutions with high-value outcomes.
  • Work independently to plan and organize departmental activities, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Act as a sparring partner for business units, development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest market and technological developments, incorporating these into your designs.
  • Ensure DevOps teams have the necessary information to translate capabilities into solution designs.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
 
  • Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge and implementation experience with IAM protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM.
  • Strong creation and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Mastery in requirement analysis and data insights.
  • Experienced in networking and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • You possess a collaborative mindset, bridging business and IT.
  • You are proactive and prefer working in a team.
  • Continuous improvement is second nature to you, and you critically evaluate current methods and tools.
  • You are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and solutions..
