CubeMatch has a history of supporting all consultants in their professional development, providing each one with a mentor and a personalised targeted development plan, empowering them to seek and explore the expertise and experience that is right for them.
CubeMatch consultants have brought this a step further by introducing Lunch and Learn Sessions where, encouraged and supported by the Senior Management Team, they can share skills and knowledge acquired across a broad range of activities.
To date these sessions have covered a wide range of topics. Our first session presented by our Head of Talent Management and Principal Consultant John Power, brought us through the Bullhorn CRM System. Demonstrating the features of the software, he provided insights on how Bullhorn has truly made a difference to candidate placement.
This was followed by a session with Dr Jacob Koshy our CFO, joined by our colleague Francis Kiwanuka from the UK, to jointly present on the subject of Credit Risk. They shared insights on the structure and organisation of Credit Risk in banks and demonstrated how risk is viewed across all levels of an organisation from the front office to the board room.
Our most recent presentation was a live cooking class given by Noelia Ruano, our Finance Administrator. Noelia shared tips and demonstrated how easy it is to cook a delicious meal quickly with her delicious stuffed aubergines recipes.
Our next Lunch and Learn is a workshop led by Justine Tournier, our Digital Marketing and Brand Management Officer, who will explain how to create visuals and videos with Canva, an online graphic design platform.
These Lunch & Learn sessions are the perfect opportunity for all the CubeMatch consultants to share, encourage and take part in lively debate and discussion across a wide range of topics allowing people to keep in touch in a relaxed environment.
