CubeMatch Ireland is seeking a number of highly motivated Junior Consultants to work as Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts with the desire to learn the fundamentals of business and solutions consulting to join our community of professionals. You will work as part of a team helping to deliver solutions to meet our clients’ challenging business needs by learning to use professional consulting processes, industry best-practices and a variety of relevant technologies. For every assignment, you will have a team of experienced resources that will guide you through your responsibilities and development so that you can gradually take on more responsibility.
As a Junior Consultant, responsibilities may include:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Business process mapping and process design
- Documentation of functional processes and customizations
- System configuration and testing (System, Integration, Functional, User Acceptance)
- Assistance and support with project management activities
As a member of the CubeMatch Community CubeMatch will provide you with training and professional certification needed such as CCBA, ISTQB PSM etc through the CubeMatch Training Academy. The CubeMatch Academy gives you a training roadmap to develop the skills you will need to become proficient in your relative discipline and earn the essential personal and professional skills to succeed in the world of financial services consulting.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Academic Qualification – Degree / Diploma – Business / IT / Financial Services or similar
- Ideally around 2 - 3 year’s work experience in a professional services, consulting or project role or work within financial services. (People with less experience will be considered if you can evidence specific expertise in project roles especially within the financial services area. People with more experience may also be considered, but bear in mind the vacancy is for a junior consultant)
- High proficiency in MS Office tools (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and MS SharePoint
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or as a Quality Assurance / Test Analyst (desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as run their own assignments.
- Strong attention to detail & conscientious with regards to presentation, accuracy and quality
- Self-starter, seeks to remove ambiguity, creating clarity and direction
- Fully accepts responsibilities and strives to meet deadlines
- Strong time management and organisational skills and excellent at multi-tasking
- Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Action-oriented, in relation to meetings
- Works effectively and remains positive in high pressure situations and successfully handles multiple demands from management and colleagues
