CubeMatch worked with an Irish government agency enhancing their PMO activity. The PMO oversaw activities in Systems, Test, MIS, Operations, Finance and New Projects. While daily PMO support was on-going the streamlining operation was in progress.

- Initially the PMO provided support: Scheduling Meetings, Minutes & Actions, Completing Project Plans, Risk Log, etc
- Post streamlining work added : RFT, GDPR, Board meetings, Preparation of Board and Governance packs, Full systems Risks & Actions and addition of a separate Functional area to the PMO
- Oversight of all documentation for the new DMS project & Help Desk cover was also added into the role
- The restructure expanded the PMO service offering while reducing headcount
