Introduction

CubeMatch worked with an Irish government agency enhancing their PMO activity. The PMO oversaw activities in Systems, Test, MIS, Operations, Finance and New Projects. While daily PMO support was on-going the streamlining operation was in progress.

  • Initially the PMO provided support: Scheduling Meetings, Minutes & Actions, Completing Project Plans, Risk Log, etc
  • Post streamlining work added : RFT, GDPR, Board meetings, Preparation of Board and Governance packs, Full systems Risks & Actions and addition of a separate Functional area to the PMO
  • Oversight of all documentation for the new DMS project & Help Desk cover was also added into the role
  • The restructure expanded the PMO service offering while reducing headcount
