Projects are normally multi-dimensional - a "one size fits all" approach doesn't suit all organisations. On the programme management side, we can act either as advisors, or actually manage it for you. We never replace your committed business leadership, but we do provide the tools, methodology, expertise and experience to help guide your programme to a successful conclusion. On both Programme and Project management we offer tailored solutions, as well as structured methodical approaches that cover planning, control, and health checks/Quality assurance reviews. One of CubeMatch's strengths is the depth of knowledge and experience of our Business Analyst team. This has always been one of our core skills upon which our foundation was built. We pride ourselves in having a strong analyst team that interacts strongly with our Project Management, Implementation, Testing and Development teams. CubeMatch consultants are able to assist in any installation requirements and will have worked on some of the standard banking packages including, but not limited to, Credient, Algorithmics, Summit, Murex, Calypso, Infinity, Gloss, RIMS.
- Advanced Customization
Where applicable (i.e. in products such as Credient, Algorithmics or Calypso), we can help tailor and develop solutions to meet your needs, therefore offering a unique solution to your bank. We will work closely with you during this development process.
- Transferring data
We can assist you in migrating data from your old systems to any new system, therefore saving you a great deal of time and additional costs.
- System integration
CubeMatch's high level of expertise and broad knowledge means that we can advise and assist you in integrating your new solution with other systems and packages.
- Testing
We are able to provide specialist Test Analysts or hybrid Business/Test Analysts that can assist in either your test specifications or in helping perform or manage your testing requirements. We normally follow the V model of testing, but are able to follow any methodologies in your bank and use standard testing software found in any environment.
- Support
Our goal as consultants is to ensure we deliver on time and to budget a service/product that the bank then owns. As such, support is not one of our core services. However we do realise from time to time, that clients will need support services for their existing/new products. We are happy to provide cover as and when needed. Longer term out-sourcing arrangements can also be discussed.
- Report writing
CubeMatch can help provide important management information by providing the development resources to allow your organisation to develop its own suite of reports where relevant.

- Implementation review
We want to ensure that the products we have developed and supplied to you meet all your specifications. We are also able to provide independent implementation analysis / checks on where we have not been involved to allow your business the assurance that these have been independently audited.
